What is a brief meaning of each of the first 10 amendments? I can’t seem to find the answer to each of these. Please help. If you know some, please state them.

I assume you are talking about the first 10 Amendments to the US Constitution.
They are call the Bill of Rights.
I’m having a hard time believing you can’t find “the answer to each of these”. You can look any or all of them up at Google, Yahoo, etc. Also I’m certain nearly every library in the country has a copy somewhere of those amendments.
