Well done to Roger and Paula, and to all of the other Executive Coordinators out there. So, for those of you who have not yet had a taste of GRS, how can you too qualify to the Executive Coordinator level? Well, you will need to achieve Active Status, and maintain £600 of volume from the subscriptions paid by your Personally Sponsored Players and Personally Sponsored Active Affiliates. This amount of volume only actually means having 15 Personally Sponsored Players playing in both the UK Lotto and EuroMillions draws. You will also need to have two qualified Executive Affiliates in separate legs of your downline, within your first 7 levels.

So, what will you get? You will earn 20% of the subscriptions received from your level 1, and 5% commission from your level 2 down to level 7. You will also earn a share of “Global Revenue Share”, which at this level is a massive 20%.

Promoting Your Elottery Website

Both elottery players and elottery affiliates receive their own affiliate website when being in one of our syndicates. You can see an example here. The affiliate website is more comprehensive than a players website because it is for individuals who want to have their own work from home business. It includes amongst other things a geneaology program and group email facility to keep in contact with personally introduced members and a host of tools such as banners,squeeze pages with valuable information to help you promote your business. All good affiliate programs will have their own marketing tools for you to use.

Seasoned Internet marketers will already know the benefits of having their own personal website in addition to the one supplied by affiliate marketing companies. But for those of you who don’t I will share my experiences of why I believe you will get better results.

Most affiliate marketing companies do an extremely professional job of supplying a well designed, fully comprehensive and easy to navigate website of that there is no doubt. However with only a few exceptions most do not give a way to personalise your website.

That means that your affiliate site looks exactly the same as thousands of others, and except by extremely good fortune will not allow your website to rank well on search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN amongst others, which could supply a whole lot of free traffic to your website, and we all need traffic to our websites if we are to continue to find new customers to grow our businesses.

You can still promote your company supplied affiliate website by word of mouth,online advertising,  banner ads and pay per click but we won’t go into that right now. You could use what is commonly referred to as a squeeze page, and whilst I don’t consider them the best option they are certainly a step in the right direction, and if done correctly will certainly add customers/members to your affiliate business.

So why exactlly do you need an additional website?

If you take a look at any website via  your browser and then goto view source you will see the text that makes up your webpage. It may look quite daunting at first glance , but you can see near the top of the page three important html tags.

You must be able to alter these meta tags along with body content if you are to have any chance at all of getting your website in a good position. This is by no means all that needs to be done, only to show you that you need to be able to change your personalised website to stand out from the rest.

Now here is an example with text inserted.

In this example keywords relating to the market I am promoting have been inserted, you would introduce keywords relating to your chosen market after you have done some keyword research( We’ll cover this at a later date)

In the body content you should see other important tags such as

<h1> </h1>

This is where you would include your keyword phrase and would differ on each page of your site. In our example we could use <h1> Euromillions Lottery</h1>

If you check  any number of websites you will see many where they omitted these tags altogether, and if they are in your niche market and ranked well, you should all other things being equal, be able to rank above them.

Generally when you get a company affiliate website you are unable to change meta tags and content, but if you want to take the first step towards ranking then you need to change these and the way to do that is by having your own personalised website.

These are just the first initial steps towards optimising your site and just a part of what is required, but by doing this you put yourself ahead of thousands of others that have not bothered.

What’s needed?

To start, the first three things you will need…………

• A domain name (These are cheap)
• Hosting (Somewhere to store your website information)
• Software to build your site (Plenty of choice, some software is free)

Go and do your own research, check out domain names that may be appropriate for your niche market. Find a couple of different hosting companies, see what they are offering and of course prices.

Residual Affiliate Programs

Are you a webmaster in need of additional income?  Or are you planning to set up an online business but you still don’t have any product to sell?  If so, affiliate marketing may be the best solution for your problems.  With affiliate marketing, you won’t need to worry about the products you have to sell.  All you need to have is a website with sufficient content related to products of a company offering affiliate programs.  By becoming a member of the program, or by becoming an affiliate, you can start earning  money right away.

Affiliate marketing is a business relationship established between a merchant and his affiliates.  In affiliate marketing, an affiliate agrees to direct some traffic to a merchant’s website.  If that traffic is converted, such as a visitor purchasing a product on the merchant’s website or a visitor becoming a lead for the company, the affiliate who directed the traffic will be compensated.  Compensation may take the form of either a percentage sales commission for the sales generated or a fixed fee predetermined upon the application of the affiliate on the merchant’s affiliate program.

Promising a lot of benefits both for the merchants and the affiliates, affiliate marketing has become one of the most popular online marketing methods today.  In fact, almost every merchant or retailer site today offers an affiliate program that any one can join into.  Most retailers would entice people to become affiliates or members of their program by promising great benefits like large commissions, lifetime commissions, click through incomes and a lot of other benefits.  But would all these affiliate programs bring off the same benefits?

Most affiliate programs would pay you, as an affiliate, a one-time commission for every sale or lead you brought to the merchant’s website.  Commissions for this kind of affiliate programs are usually large, ranging from 15% to a high of about 60%.  Other affiliate programs would pay you a fixed fee for every click through or traffic you send to the merchant’s site.  Programs like this often pay a smaller fee for every click through, usually not getting any larger than half a dollar.  The good thing about this kind of program, however, is that the visitor won’t have to purchase anything in order for the affiliate to get compensated.

Another type of affiliate program is the residual income affiliate program.  Residual affiliate programs usually pay only a small percentage of sales commission for every sale directed by the affiliate to the merchant’s site.  This commission often comes only in the range of 10% to 20% sales commission.  Because of this, many people ignore residual affiliate program and would rather opt for the high paying one-time commission affiliate program.  Are these people making a mistake, or are they making the right decision?

We can’t tell, for sure, if people are making a mistake by choosing a high paying one-time commission affiliate program.  But we can definitely say that they are making a large mistake if they ignore residual affiliate programs.  Residual affiliate programs would indeed pay at a lower rate, but merchants offering such kind of programs would generally pay you regular and ongoing commissions for a single affiliate initiated sale.  That means, for the same effort you made in promoting a particular affiliate program, you get paid only once in a one-time commission program, and a regular and ongoing commission for a residual program.

So, are residual affiliate programs worth promoting?  Definitely yes, because you get more money from these types of affiliate programs in the long run.
