Lottery Scam Warning
Lottery Scams have been about in one form or another since the first lottery was played, and it is amazing the amount of people who still manage to fall for it. Now at this time of year and because of the recent economic downturn there has been a substantial increase in the number of email scams being received.
They come from different countries and can appear to come form legitimate companies. Typically they will not be addressed to a person. The ‘To’ section in the email header will be blank or unmeaningful.
The bottom line is if you didn’t enter then you haven’t won. These scam artists want YOUR MONEY. Do not reply to them just hit the delete button.
